Telecaller Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented telecaller to generate leads, communicate with prospective clients, schedule meetings for the sales/design team, and follow up on inquiries related to architectural, interior design, construction, and renovation services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.

Introduce the company's architectural, interior design, construction, and renovation services.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team.

Follow up with prospective clients regarding quotations, site visits, and project discussions.

Maintain an updated database of customer information and call records.

Coordinate with the sales and design teams regarding client requirements.

Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent customer service.

Prepare daily and weekly call reports for management.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities.

Customer-focused approach with good listening skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Knowledge of architectural, interior design, or construction services will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.

Experience in the architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate industry is preferred.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
