About this job
Role \& Responsibilities
- Speak with patients (leads) enquiring about IVF, IUI, ICSI, and fertility treatments
- Explain procedures and schedule appointments with IVF doctors
- Maintain records and follow-up with potential patients
- Educate clients about tests like AMH, TVS, semen analysis, etc.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from paid ads, walk-ins \& referrals
- Coordinate with clinical staff for slot confirmations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of IVF/gynecology terminology preferred
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Compassionate, patient, and clear on phone
