The opportunity

Join our growing education consultancy and support British and European students, typically aged 25–55, through their

university admissions journey. This role combines high-quality student service, relationship management and an

energetic, conversion-focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with counselled students who are ready to progress towards university enrolment.
• Build relationships and manage timely follow-ups to improve conversions and referrals.
• Review student profiles and coordinate eligible university applications with the administration team.
• Check and approve application documentation before submission to universities.
• Prepare students for interviews and assessments; schedule university appointments.
• Liaise with university representatives and internal teams to move applications forward.
• Coordinate student finance applications after offers and monitor admission and finance approvals.
• Collect and administer applicable student processing fees during enrolment.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years in a BPO, customer service, client relationship or account management role.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence communicating with international clients.
• Sales-minded, persuasive and committed to delivering a positive student experience.
• Organised, proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced team.
