• Job Title: Storekeeper (Candidates from STP/WTP/Water Treatment need to apply)
• Location: Mumbai
• Educational Qualification -Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
• Certification in Material Management or Store Management will be an added advantage.
• Experience- 5 – 8 years
• Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
• Industry Preference: Construction / Infrastructure / STP / WTP / EPC / Industrial Projects

Reporting To

Procurement Manager / Project Manager

Sstore Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day store activities including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials to avoid damage or loss.
• Maintain systematic arrangement of materials for easy identification and tracking.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
• Gather the requirement from site from time to time and fulfill with in time frame.

Inventory \& Stock Control

• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and material tracking systems.
• Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Prepare stock statements and inventory reconciliation reports.

Material Handling \& Documentation

• Verify material quantity and quality during receipt as per purchase orders and challans.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, and material transfer records.
• Maintain records of material consumption and balance stock.
• Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions.

Coordination \& Communication

• Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, vendors, and project teams regarding material requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for project execution.
• Follow up for pending deliveries and material shortages.

Reporting

• Update inventory data and maintain MIS reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.
• Track material utilization and support cost control activities.

Safety \& Compliance

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices within the store area.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous or sensitive materials.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
