Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – Training & Admissions Company: Omega Nexora Private Limited Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time | Field Work Job DescriptionOmega Nexora Private Limited is hiring energetic and confident Field Marketing Executives to promote our coaching, training and internship programs. The candidate will be responsible for visiting colleges, educational institutions, student areas and other relevant locations to introduce Omega Nexora's programs, generate student leads and bring interested trainees to the company. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit colleges, institutes and student-focused locations for marketing activities. Explain Omega Nexora's coaching, training and internship programs to students. Generate genuine student leads through field activities. Follow up with interested candidates and support them through the admission process. Build relationships with colleges, placement coordinators and student communities. Participate in promotional activities, seminars and student outreach campaigns. Work towards monthly lead generation and admission targets. Submit regular updates on visits, leads and conversions. Salary & Benefits Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month Additional Benefits: Petrol/Travel Allowance Performance Incentives Admission/Conversion-based Incentives Growth opportunities based on performance Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with regular field work and travelling within Hyderabad. Confident in approaching and speaking with students and college representatives. Target-oriented and willing to work on student admissions. Basic knowledge of sales or marketing is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and field-marketing interest can also apply. Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
