Position: Telecaller – Loan Recovery
Who Can Apply?
- Experienced telecallers with loan recovery experience.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Candidates with basic knowledge of loan recovery and collections.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer calls and follow-ups professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Follow up on pending payments and commitments.
- Explain repayment options and assist customers.
- Maintain daily call records and collection updates.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
