Tele-caller

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and patient-friendly Tele-callers to join our Yaal healthcare team. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with appointments, provide basic information about hospital services, and ensure a smooth communication experience for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend incoming patient calls professionally and courteously
• Make outgoing calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient feedback
• Provide information regarding consultation timings, and hospital services
• Coordinate appointments with doctors and departments
• Maintain call records and patient details accurately
• Handle patient inquiries and direct calls to concerned departments when required
• Support front office and patient coordination activities as needed
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Additional language skills such as Telugu and Hindi will be considered an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
