Job Overview
Dandpo is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Executive - Evening shift for managing customer inquiries, assisting clients with product selection, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders. The role requires a proactive individual who can act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless ordering experience and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website chat, and social media.
- Provide detailed information regarding products, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable printing products and services based on their requirements.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems.
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
- Proactively follow up with leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services where appropriate.
- Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and order confirmations with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets of 100k and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Order Coordination
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
- Monitor order progress and keep customers updated regarding production and delivery status.
- Ensure all order details are accurately captured before production begins.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a database of regular clients and follow up for future requirements.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services.
