Job Description

Working as part of the Sales Team in data processing and sales report management.

Gathering customer details and maintaining the customer database.

Preparing quotations and processing sales orders.

Collecting and processing customer Purchase Orders (PO).

Communicating with customers and the Sales Team through email and telephone.

Following up on order status, stock availability, and dispatch details.

Supporting the Accounts Team with billing coordination.

Preparing and maintaining weekly sales reports.

Assisting and coordinating with the Sales Team.

Good communication skills
