Chidambara Vilas, a distinctive luxury heritage resort celebrating the architectural splendour, traditions and culinary heritage of Chettinad, invites applications from dynamic, commercially driven and experienced hospitality professionals for the position of Resort Manager.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration.
• 8–12 years of hospitality experience, including 3–5 years in a senior managerial position.
• Proven experience in hotels, luxury resorts or boutique properties.
• Strong expertise in annual budget preparation, revenue planning, forecasting and financial management.
• Ability to drive room sales, occupancy, ARR, room packages and overall resort revenue.
• Experience in developing business through weddings, social events, leisure packages and destination experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate departmental teams and drive them towards achieving budgeted targets.
• Excellent guest relationship, communication and commercial management skills.
• Familiarity with Chettinad heritage, culture and cuisine will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and business performance of the resort.
• Prepare annual budgets and develop strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive room sales, packages, occupancy, ARR and RevPAR.
• Generate business through weddings, events, F&B and experiential stays.
• Monitor budget performance and ensure accountability across all departments.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and business results.

Pay

₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
