Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule the entire team’s day to complete planned tasks in a timely manner

• Ensure cleanliness standards (regular/deep) as per the company’s prescribed SOPs

• Monitor team’s performance and ensure regular training and upskilling

• Regular audit checks of all the spaces in the hotel/hostel to ensure SOPs are followed

• Report R\&M related issues to the GM in a timely manner

• Ensure laundry, Inventory, toiletries, etc. supplies are well managed \& raise requisition to GM (as and when required)

• Coordinate with departmental H.O.D’s for smooth overall functioning (as and when required)

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, garbage disposal, and sanitation policies

• Prepare daily reports

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
