Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and allocate duties to housekeeping associates.
• Prepare daily room cleaning schedules and duty rosters.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, washrooms and public areas.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and released on time as per hotel standards.
• Monitor room cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, check-ins and check-outs.
• Report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department.
• Maintain housekeeping records, checklists and room inspection reports.
• Monitor linen, uniforms, cleaning materials and inventory.
• Train and guide housekeeping associates on cleaning procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of guest complaints and service requests.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and hotel SOPs.
• Conduct periodic inventory and stock verification.
• Report daily operations and staff-related issues to the Executive Housekeeper

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
