Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong understanding of software testing and test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team and prospective clients to understand business requirements, recommend suitable solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and drive technical discussions throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software testing and test automation solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for prospective clients.
• Explain testing methodologies, automation capabilities, and the business value of proposed solutions.
• Support sales teams in preparing solution proposals, presentations, and technical responses.
• Participate in customer meetings and handle technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop effective customer solutions.
• Identify customer pain points and translate business requirements into appropriate technical solutions.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and assist in solution design and estimation, wherever required.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting.
• Good understanding of software testing, Quality Assurance (QA), and test automation.
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and POCs.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with IT Services, Software Testing, QA, or Test Automation companies.
• Exposure to automation tools and testing solutions.
• Experience participating in enterprise client engagements and technical sales discussions.
• Customer-focused approach with strong business and technical understanding.

Pay

₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
