BreakProtection provides mobile phone protection solutions and services to customers, helping them protect their valuable smartphones against everyday damage. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and sales leads.
• Contact customers from the provided database and explain BreakProtection products and services.
• Explain mobile protection plans, benefits, features, and pricing to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and sales reports.
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Hindi is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Confident in speaking over the phone and convincing customers.
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
