The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Generate qualified business leads through telecalling. Introduce and explain company products and services to potential customers. Identify customer requirements and assess their interest. Schedule appointments and arrange follow-up calls for the sales team. Maintain daily call records, lead details and follow-up reports. Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets. Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships. Skills & RequirementsGood verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation. Ability to convince and engage potential customers. Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
