Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales
- Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing
- Languages: Tamil & English (Mandatory); Hindi is an added advantage
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, quick product learning, customer relationship management and sales conversion
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoho CRM or similar CRM software
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand and effectively communicate product benefits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the organization.
