• Handle customer queries and concerns through inbound/outbound voice calls and chat support.

• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with international customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues within the defined timelines.
