Role Overview

We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to contact prospective and existing customers, explain our products or services, and support business growth through effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Explain products, services, offers, and relevant information clearly.
• Identify customer needs and share qualified leads with the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Record call details, customer feedback, and outcomes accurately in the CRM or tracking system.
• Meet daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, or sales targets.
• Maintain a polite, professional manner and follow company calling guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Clear verbal communication and a professional phone manner.
• Good listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and handling customer objections.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
