ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecaller to join our growing sales team in Sonarpur, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and a positive attitude towards customer engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and generate new sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports and performance updates to the Team Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS \& REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (10+2\) from any recognized board.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (any stream) – candidates with graduation will be given preference.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
• Prior experience in a target-based sales environment is highly preferred.

Language Skills

• English – Mandatory: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Bengali and/or Hindi – Preferred for local customer communication.

• Persuasive personality with good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION \& BENEFITS

Fixed Salary

₹ 12,000 – ₹ 18,000 per month
