Symbiosis Dance \& Music Institute is urgently looking for an experienced, confident and result-oriented Freelance Business Development Officer for a short-term project of 21 days: 4 days per week between 16th November- 20th December.

The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to various college departments, establishing professional communication, following up with concerned authorities, and generating admissions for our online courses.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact various colleges and their respective departments to introduce our online courses.
• Communicate with HODs, faculty members, placement cells, and other relevant college authorities.
• Consistently follow up with interested departments and prospective students.
• Build professional relationships with colleges to generate course enrolments.
• Persuade and motivate interested candidates to register for the online course.
• Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets within the project duration.
• Maintain records of communication, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.

Job Details

• Job Title: Freelance Business Development Officer
• Project Duration: 16th November- 20th December.
• Interview Date: 13th November, Friday at 7 PM.
• Total Working Days: 21 days
• Working Schedule: 4 days a week
• Working Hours: 4 Hours per day
• Fixed Project Payment: ₹12,000 for the entire project (based on targeted number of admissions)
• Work Location: Symbiosis Dance \& Music Institute, Phoolbagan, Kolkata
• Employment Type: Freelance / Temporary / Part-Time

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence in communicating with college authorities and academic departments.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Make the targeted number of admissions of the students.
• Prior experience in business development, telecalling, educational marketing, student counselling, or admissions will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within the given timeline.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

• This is strictly an ON-SITE job at the institute.
• Work from home is NOT available.
• Payment strictly based on number targeted number of admissions
• The candidate must work physically from our institute at Phoolbagan, Kolkata.
• The fixed remuneration for the entire project is ₹12,000.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Only candidate with a minimum 3 years of experience will be preferred.
