Tandoori Cook

We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef to prepare a variety of tandoor dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook tandoor dishes according to standard recipes
• Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Prepare marinades, sauces, and ingredients for daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor section

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef
• Knowledge of Indian tandoor cooking techniques
• Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
