Food Preparation \& Production

• Prepare and cook continental dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Manage assigned kitchen section (sauce, grill, garde manger, etc.).
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.
• Maintain mise en place for daily operations.
• Monitor food quality and freshness.

Kitchen Operations

• Ensure smooth functioning of the assigned section during service.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections for timely service.
• Assist Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning and new dish development.
• Maintain stock levels and inform shortages.

Team Supervision

• Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Train junior staff on cooking techniques and safety procedures.
• Ensure discipline and teamwork in the section.

Hygiene \& Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Adhere to health and safety policies.

Inventory Control

• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
• Assist in stock rotation (FIFO method).
• Support inventory and ordering processes.
