Job Description

• Handle customer queries and provide support regarding Airtel services.
• Assist customers with new connections, recharges, plan upgrades and service requests.
• Explain Airtel products, offers and available plans to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers for pending requests and service issues.
• Promote additional Airtel services and generate sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and update daily activity reports.
• Achieve customer service and sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Age: 18–30 years (as per company requirements).
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a customer-facing environment.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer handling and relationship management.
• Problem-solving and complaint resolution.
• Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.
• Ability to explain plans, offers and services.
• Convincing and upselling skills.
• Patience, positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Pay

₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
