Tele Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound \& Inbound Calling: Make calls to lead lists or answer incoming inquiries following company scripts.
• Lead Generation \& Sales: Explain product or service features, pitch offerings, handle objections, and book appointments or close sales.
• Customer Support: Address complaints, answer product questions, and guide users through online steps or payments.
• Data Management: Update customer details, call logs, and feedback in a CRM system or Excel sheet.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly call counts, lead quotas, and conversion goals.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (10th/12th pass) or a bachelor's degree; entry-level roles often hire freshers.
• Communication: Clear, polite, and confident verbal communication with active listening skills.
• Resilience \& Patience: Ability to handle rejection calmly and stay polite under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, typing ability, and familiarity with CRM software
