Tele Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from patients and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on reports, or remind patients of upcoming visits.
• Provide information about hospital services, doctors’ availability, consultation timings, and procedures.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in the hospital management system.
• Record and update patient details accurately in the database.
• Coordinate with departments (OPD, Diagnostics, Billing, etc.) to resolve patient queries.
• Collect and document patient feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain a record of daily calls, inquiries, and follow-ups for reporting purposes.
• Handle patient complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate authority.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policies.

Key Skills \& Competencies

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local language(s).
• Customer service orientation and a polite, empathetic attitude.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management or CRM software.
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology (preferred).

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
