South Indian Telecaller

Language Proficiency: Communicate effectively with customers in their native South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) to build rapport and resolve language barriers. Negotiation & Resolution: Assess customer financial situations, offer viable repayment plans, settlements, or installment options, and guide them through payment procedures. Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, debt collection, customer service, or BPO operations ( freshers with strong communication skills may be considered ). Skills: Good negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving abilities; basic computer and CRM navigation skills.
