Sr. BDA: ₹8.4 LPA – ₹11 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end B2C sales, from lead qualification to enrolment.

Counsel learners and parents on courses and career opportunities.

Handle objections, maintain follow-ups, and achieve sales targets.

Track leads, conversions, and sales performance using CRM tools.

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.

Proven sales performance and lead conversion abilities.

Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments.

Prior experience in EdTech sales is mandatory.
