The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in gold loan sales, business development, and customer relationship management. Roles and ResponsibilitiesDrive gold loan sales and achieve assigned business targets. Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels. Explain gold loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities. Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase gold loan business. Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of gold loan applications. Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales performance reports to management. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th pass. 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales is mandatory. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Good sales, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities. Proficiency in English and Hindi. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
