We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer to join our team .
Freshers with basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our products/services.
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or site visits when required.
Coordinate with the internal team for escalations and timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly service reports as needed.
- Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Hardware knowledge required.
