About the Role

AGD Gold and Diamonds, a well-known jewellery brand in Kerala, is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to find new customers, build relationships, and grow sales of our gold and diamond jewellery. You will work in the field and report to the management team at our Palarivattom office.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals

Meet prospective customers and present our jewellery collections

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain records of leads, visits, and sales activity

Report regularly to the management team

Requirements

Freshers can apply

Plus Two or any degree

Own a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory)

Ability to handle field work and meet targets

Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp Business

Preferred (Plus Point)

Experience in jewellery, retail, or sales
