Customer Advisor

9Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through customer visits, calls and digital enquiries.

Explain vehicle features, specifications and pricing to customers.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to complete sales processes.

Requirements

Any Degree / Diploma.

0–2 years of experience in sales (Automobile experience preferred).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Valid driving licence preferred.
