Warehouse Executive (API)

Key Responsibilities

• Receipt, storage, and issuance of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods.
• Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for material management.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation as per GMP requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Procurement departments.
• Conduct stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Support internal and external audits.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

2–5 years of warehouse/store experience in API, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries.

Skills

• Knowledge of GMP and warehouse operations.
• ERP/SAP and MS Excel proficiency.
• Good documentation and inventory management skills.

Pay

Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
