Job Role

We are looking for a Back Office Executive who can handle customer inquiries, understand their exact requirements, coordinate with our team, and help convert interested inquiries into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, leads, and inquiries related to customized software and textile products.

Understand the customer's exact requirement, budget, and business needs.

Explain our services and provide the right solution and guidance.

Follow up with interested customers and arrange meetings or demonstrations.

Handle customer queries and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate between customers/members and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood.

Share customer requirements with the development team and take regular updates.

Explain to customers how they can get more benefits from our software/services.

Maintain proper follow-up records and ensure no lead or customer query is missed.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.

Gujarati communication will be an added advantage.

Good customer handling and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of computer, WhatsApp, Email, and Excel.

Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions clearly.

Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers can also apply if they have strong communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

A person who can act as a communication bridge between customers and our internal team, understand requirements properly, maintain follow-ups, and build strong customer relationships.

As per experience and skills.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
