Ginseng Hotels is looking for a motivated hospitality professional to join our operations team in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

If you have hospitality experience, strong coordination skills and are comfortable managing operational responsibilities during a night shift, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include

Coordinating hotel operations across properties

Handling operational updates and guest-related requirements

Coordinating with hotel teams and departments

Monitoring check-ins, check-outs and bookings

Resolving operational issues and ensuring timely follow-ups

We’re looking for someone who has

Hospitality experience or knowledge of hotel operations

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to work night shifts

A responsible and proactive approach
