Sales Representative

We’re looking for someone who can take the brand from strategy to the ground — creating meaningful customer interactions, building retail presence, and driving measurable outcomes through market activations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute sampling drives, retail pop-ups, and brand activations

Onboard and service retail outlets, ensuring consistent stock availability and staff product training

Develop and manage partnerships with retailers and event organisers

Monitor and report cost per sample, conversion, and repeat purchase rates on a weekly basis

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure on-ground consumer and market insights inform brand and campaign decisions

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, BTL activation, retail expansion, or event marketing

Ability to confidently initiate conversations with prospective customers

Strong analytical discipline and a results-oriented approach — performance will be assessed on measurable outcomes

Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
