Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to active construction sites, residential layouts, commercial projects, and industrial zones across Nagpur.

Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with builders, civil contractors, real estate developers, architects, site engineers, and material dealers.

Generate new inquiries, present product solutions, negotiate pricing, and close bulk material orders.

Coordinate with our in-house transportation team to ensure timely site deliveries and manage payment collections.

Requirements

Prior field sales experience in building materials, precast concrete, cement, RMC, bricks/blocks, pipes, or allied construction products in the Nagpur market.

Existing network of local civil contractors, builders, and site engineers.

Valid driving license and own two-wheeler (mandatory for daily field travel).

Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
