Job Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally.

Build strong relationships with regular and new customers.

Monitor customer experience and identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with the outlet team to resolve customer concerns promptly.

Support sales growth through excellent customer service and customer engagement.

Maintain customer feedback and service records.

Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.

Coordinate with the Operations and Management teams on customer-related matters.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in customer relations, retail, bakery, food & beverage, hospitality, or similar industries preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Ability to manage customer concerns calmly and effectively.

Good team coordination and leadership skills.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
