Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads and databases.

Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming projects.

Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, property type, and purchase timeline.

Explain project details including location, configurations, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and buying potential.

Convince and motivate prospective customers to schedule site visits.

Coordinate with the sales team and schedule site visits for qualified customers.

Follow up with customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp to move leads through the sales funnel.

Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries effectively.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales status in the CRM.

Coordinate with Sales Managers and Site Sales Teams for lead conversion.

Track and follow up on site-visited customers for further negotiations and closure.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, site visit, and sales targets.

Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the sales process.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
