Key ResponsibilitiesComputer & Data Management Cum Mobilization & Community Outreach

Maintain and update student, beneficiary, attendance, and program records.

Enter and manage data using MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other digital tools.

Prepare reports, lists, registers, notices, letters, and other documents.

Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.

Support online registrations, applications, documentation, and data collection.

Prepare basic MIS reports and maintain accurate databases.

Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, emailing, and other routine computer-related work.

Mobilization & Community Outreach

Visit nearby communities to identify and mobilize potential beneficiaries.

Communicate with parents, children, women, youth, and community members about available programs.

Conduct household visits and community outreach activities.

Support admission and enrollment of eligible children and beneficiaries.

Follow up with beneficiaries and parents regarding attendance and participation.

Coordinate with teachers, counsellors, volunteers, and centre staff.

Assist in organizing awareness programs, workshops, meetings, and community events.

Maintain proper records of outreach activities, visits, and beneficiaries contacted.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Maintain mobilization and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the Centre In-charge and program team.

Support field surveys, beneficiary verification, and documentation.

Perform other duties related to the organization's educational and community development programs as assigned.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
