Healthcare Telecaller

About the Role

We’re looking for a Healthcare Telecaller who can be the first point of contact for patients and prospective patients, someone who can communicate with clarity, listen with empathy, and guide people confidently through their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with patients and prospective patients over the phone and other communication channels.

Understand patient concerns, requirements, and expectations with empathy.

Clearly explain relevant treatments, services, processes, and next steps.

Follow up with leads and enquiries and help convert them into consultations/appointments.

Build trust and maintain positive relationships with patients throughout their journey.

Handle questions and concerns calmly, professionally, and sensitively.

Coordinate with doctors and internal teams when required.

Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with prospective patients.

What we’re looking for

Excellent spoken English and Tamil.

1-3 years of relevant work experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Naturally empathetic, patient, and comfortable speaking with people.

Ability to listen actively and communicate information clearly.

Strong follow-up and persuasion skills without being pushy.

A background in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Healthcare, Patient Relations, Telecaling, or Customer Support.
