Data Entry Operator (DEO)

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our operations team in maintaining accurate customer, policy, and business records.

The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining data in company systems and Excel sheets. The role requires good typing speed, attention to detail, accuracy, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Enter customer and policy-related information accurately into company software/CRM and Excel.

Update and maintain customer, policy, renewal, and transaction records.

Verify data entered against source documents and identify discrepancies.

Check documents for missing or incorrect information and coordinate with the concerned team for clarification.

Maintain proper digital records and organize documents for easy retrieval.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly data-entry reports as required.

Ensure timely completion of assigned data-entry work and daily targets.

Perform data checking and correction to minimize errors.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and other internal teams whenever required.

Follow company processes and data-security guidelines.

Perform other data-entry and back-office tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

Good typing speed with high accuracy.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work with large volumes of data.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.

Ability to identify and correct data-entry errors.

Comfortable working on computers and online systems.

Pay

₹11,715.49 - ₹16,000.00 per month
