Job Summary

Jwala Diamonds \& Jewellers is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build strong relationships with customers, provide excellent service, and support customer engagement and sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain customer information and update records in the CRM system.
• Inform customers about new collections, promotions, offers, and showroom events.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: Plus Two / Graduate; candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in customer relationship management, retail, jewellery or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
