We're looking for an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to enhance communication skills, pronunciation, fluency, and customer Interaction standards for our International BPO teams.

Requirements: -

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in an International BPO.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong knowledge of US communication standards.

Experience in designing and delivering training modules.

Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
