Job Summary

Arvi E Energies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Solar Business Development Specialist with 2+ years of experience in Solar EPC Sales. The role involves generating leads, developing customer relationships, managing solar sales, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
• Develop B2B industrial and commercial solar business and B2C residential sales.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to order closure.
• Maintain customer relationships and sales records.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams.
• Track leads, sales activities, and business targets.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Solar EPC Sales.
• Experience in B2B and B2C solar sales.
• Knowledge of rooftop solar and basic EPC processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good lead-generation and customer-handling abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel across Madhya Pradesh.
