Order Processing & Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Order Processing \& Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, confirming orders, coordinating packing and dispatch, and ensuring smooth delivery coordination.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, inquiries, and telesales.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and confirm orders.
• Process orders accurately and maintain records.
• Coordinate packing, packaging, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with delivery executives for timely delivery.
• Track orders and resolve customer queries or issues.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Freshers to 6 months of experience preferred.
• Good communication and telesales skills.
• Customer handling and convincing abilities.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Pay

₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
