Core Responsibilities

Making Calls

Contact new prospects (outbound calling) or answer incoming inquiries (inbound calling).

Pitching Products

Explain features, benefits, and special offers of goods or services.

Closing Sales

Negotiate prices, handle objections, and secure purchases or bookings.

Managing Data

Record customer details, call outcomes, and sales pipelines in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Following Up

Check in with buyers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and find cross-selling or upselling opportunities.

Required Skills

Communication

Clear, confident, and polite verbal skills.

Persuasion

The ability to convince people and handle rejection calmly.

Product Knowledge

A strong understanding of what is being sold to answer questions accurately.

Basic Tech

Familiarity with computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.

Kolkata based immediate joiners preferred.
