Education Counsellor – Telecalling
Make outbound calls to students and leads.
Explain courses, fees, duration, and placement assistance.
Understand student requirements and provide suitable course guidance.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
