Education qualification

• Any graduate with good analytical skills (BCA / BSC Computer science background preferred)
• 0.6 to 2 years of experience

Desired skills

• Self motivated with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi - mandatory + Assamese/Bengali/Telugu.
• Should be able to solve basic mathematics problems
• Ability to provide responses from simple to complex queries and deliver customer delight.
• Past experience with ERP support
• Exposure to working in Startup ecosystem is desired

Job description

• Responsible for providing effective and timely resolution to customer queries.
• Responsible for providing support via call and via chat
• Should align on TAT and SLA standards set by the company
• Escalate necessary cases to the right team
• May be required to perform other tasks as assigned
• Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and extended hours during high volumes
