Soft Skills & Aptitude TrainerResponsibilities

Conduct practical Soft Skills and Aptitude training for students.

Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.

Conduct sessions on Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, and Interview Skills.

Prepare students for aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews.

Conduct mock tests, mock interviews, and assessments.

Guide students with resume preparation and career readiness.

Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.

Create worksheets, practice questions, and assessment materials.

Good teaching and presentation skills

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Aptitude/Soft Skills training.

Training or teaching experience preferred.

Placement training experience is an added advantage.

Qualification

Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Relevant certifications are an added advantage.

Pay

₹10,073.17 - ₹41,012.68 per month
