Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring positions in BPO and Real Estate sectors.
- Sourcing Candidates
- Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, etc.) to attract potential candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidate qualifications, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow-ups
- Make outbound calls to candidates and rigorously follow up to ensure positions are closed in a timely manner.
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities.
- Reporting
- Prepare recruitment reports and update status in Google Sheets / Excel.
Requirements
- Education
- Graduation is mandatory (MBA in HR preferred).
- Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for mass hiring in BPO and Real Estate sectors.
- Languages
- Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Kannada is preferred.
- Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable with making outbound calls and following up with candidates.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Other Requirements
Must be comfortable working 6 days a week from the office.
Immediate joiners required (maximum notice period of 15 days).
